Information on the Processing of Website Users’ Personal Data
pursuant to Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 679/2016 regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data
Data Controller: The Advisory Box s.r.l. (hereinafter the “Company” or the “Controller”), with registered office at Via Salvo d’Acquisto 12, 20060 Pozzuolo Martesana (MI), Italy, and VAT No. 02334290505.
1. Type of Data Processed
The Company is the controller of the personal data communicated by the User to the undersigned, which include:
Browsing data, such as: IP addresses, browser type, operating system, domain name, website addresses from which access or exit was made, information on visited site pages, access time, and duration of stay on individual pages. This information is not collected to be associated with identified subjects but could potentially allow for the identification of the data subject.
2. Purpose and Legal Basis of Processing
The processing of data is carried out by the Company in the performance of its activities. In particular, the data provided by the Data Subjects will be processed, using both IT and non-IT tools, for the following purposes:

Improvement of navigation for visitors and users The legal basis for this processing is: Legitimate Interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
3. Processing Methods
Data will be processed by the Company using electronic and manual systems according to the principles of correctness, loyalty, and transparency provided by applicable personal data protection legislation. The confidentiality of the Data Subject is protected through technical and organizational security measures to ensure an adequate level of security.
4. Data Retention
Given the anonymity of the data, the retention period is not applicable.
5. Communication, Dissemination, and Transfer of Data
Data will be processed, to the extent necessary, by authorized personnel who have been adequately instructed and trained by the Controller, as well as by the personnel of third parties who provide services to the Controller and perform data processing on behalf of and under the instruction of the latter as Data Processors.
6. Rights of the Data Subject
In relation to the data processing described herein, the Data Subject may exercise the rights provided by the GDPR (Articles 15-21), including:

Right of Access: Receive confirmation of the existence of the data and access its content;

Right to Rectification: Update, modify, and/or correct the data;

Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten) and Right to Restriction: Request the deletion or restriction of processing for data processed in violation of the law, including data whose retention is not necessary in relation to the purposes for which it was collected or otherwise processed;

Right to Object: Object to the processing of data;

Right to Lodge a Complaint: Contact the Supervisory Authority (Italian Data Protection Authority – Garante per la protezione dei dati personali www.garanteprivacy.it) in the event of a violation of personal data protection regulations;

Right to Data Portability: Receive an electronic copy of the data concerning them as a Data Subject, when such data was provided in the context of a contract, and request that such data be transmitted to another data controller.
